I, as a Data Subject, give explicit and voluntary consent to the Operator, i. e. the company POLLÁK ŚAĽA s.r.o., company address: Diakovská 6245/9C, 927 01 Šaľa, Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) that I wish to receive a newsletter via e-mail with product and service information, discount quotations and business announcements. At the same time I agree with the processing of my personal data for this purpose within the following scope: name, surname and e-mail address.

I give the consent for a period of 2 years after which personal data will be erased.
