Blancher-cooler with multistage water circulation for thermal treatment and cooling of various products such as green peas, sweet corn, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, pepper, and spinach.

Description

Blancher-cooler ThermoMaster has excellent energy efficiency thanks to a sophisticated system of product cooling and preheating by cooling water, ensuring recirculation of steam energy.

The machine also achieves very low water consumption.

Its modular design ensures flexibility according to customer requirements for capacity, further processing method, and other options.

When the blancher is followed by product freezing, a longer and more effective cooling and preheating section is usually required.

A wide range of optional equipment is available for special products such as spinach, or for simplifying operation and cleaning.

Specification

The blancher is made of stainless steel AISI 304, optionally AISI 316.

Plastic product belt and filter belt with hygienic certificate for higher temperatures.

All pumps and tubes are made of stainless steel.

Belt speed is automatically regulated according to the required blanching time set on the touch display.

Infeed speed is automatically regulated from the buffer according to the set capacity in kg/h and can automatically adapt to the product level in the buffer.

Process temperatures are regulated fully automatically.

Blanching, cooling, and preheating temperatures are individually adjustable.

All waste water is collected to one output point.
